PRO-AM TOURNAMENT

Launched in 2022, and touring 8 cities in 2024, Klinic Kids presents The Klinic. The Klinic is a multi- phased, one-day event, geared towards children, Pro-Am adult basketball players and local communities.

EVENT

For our first event in 2022, Nicki Minaj was one of a host of celebrities who supported The Klinic, resulting in millions of social media impressions through her personal social media channels.

Celebrity and athlete shoutouts provide exceptional exposure for the event and the event's sponsors. Utilizing public figures who have a vested interest in the success of the event helps to amplify the event and allows us to extend our reach to bring an amazing experience to even more communities.

COMMUNITY INITIATIVES

PRE EVENT

Partner with local schools, businesses, and community organizations to invite them to get involved and help promote the event to families.
Host Klinics in cities around the nation for months leading up to the event to build excitement.

DURING EVENT

Invite local, minority-owned vendors and community-based organizations to participate in event; build strong connections between kids, families and businesses as support structure for future growth.
Bring together the full community to enjoy the day.

POST EVENT

Continue to give back through local donations in each city. The namesake of our initial scholarship in New Rochelle. Eilyn Marie Maldonado was a 16 year old brave young basketball player who though she lost her battle with cancer, will forever be remembered for her bravery and courage.
In honor of her inspiration, we continue to donate up to $75,000 in scholarships and seed grants to deserving children and local minority-owned businesses.

TEAM CAPTAINS

Simply put, we search for celebrities and athletes who share in our mission of using sports as a tool to develop youth and build community. These celebrities and athletes sign on as captains to donate their time and leverage their social footprint for their cities. Through these partnerships we engage more people and amplify our reach and impact.

EVENT STRUCTURE

Professional basketball training for kids designed to reinforce a positive self-image and healthy mental well-being.

Celebrity engagement amplifies the experience and brings next-level fanfare to the day.

An exciting, one-of-a-kind, 8 team, single game elimination basketball tournament for adults with a $50,000 prize.

$25,000 in scholarships awarded in each city for deserving students, and up to $50,000 in seed grant money for local minority-owned business owners.

Exposure for participating local businesses and CBOs who form a network of support for their local youth.
