WELLNESS TIMEOUTS

Our Wellness Timeouts are designed to provide structured breaks promoting mental, emotional, and physical well-being. They include:

  • Mindfulness Exercises: Short sessions focused on breathing and mindfulness to help kids center themselves.

  • Positive Affirmation Sessions: Shout-Outs and self-affirmations dedicated to building selfesteem.

  • Stress-Relief Techniques: Simple techniques to help kids manage and reduce stress
